About The Position

The Production Clerk supports the kitchen by preparing items for the deli case, grab'n'go wall, and self-serve counters. The role prepares entrees, salads, side dishes, and soups so fresh, abundant, high-quality products are ready for guests. It also includes providing guest service as needed and maintaining a clean, sanitary, and attractive work environment. Shifts fall between 4 a.m. and 10 p.m. daily, and open availability is required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to work well independently or on a team.
• Background working in a high-volume kitchen setting, with knowledge and use of commercial kitchen equipment.
• Basic computer skills.
• A sense of urgency while paying attention to details.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• A positive attitude is essential.
• Open availability for shifts between 4 a.m. and 10 p.m. daily.
