About The Position
The Deli Production Clerk works on the production team at Nugget Markets Kitchen in the company’s Woodland Warehouse food production facility. This is a physically demanding role suited to someone experienced in a fast-paced production environment. The clerk prepares ready-to-eat foods, packages and labels produced goods, receives and breaks down loads, rotates product, and maintains a clean, sanitary, and attractive work environment while working at a fast pace. Shifts fall between 5 a.m. and 10 p.m. daily, and open availability is required. Individual hourly rates depend on factors including experience, location, and length of employment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to work well independently or on a team.
- Background working in a high-volume kitchen setting, with knowledge and use of commercial kitchen equipment.
- Basic computer skills.
- A sense of urgency while paying attention to details.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- A positive attitude.
- Open availability for shifts scheduled between 5 a.m. and 10 p.m. daily.
