About The Position
Nugget Markets is seeking positive team players to join its bakery team. Bakery clerks help guests choose bakery products by sharing product knowledge, promoting bakery items, and providing world-class service. They also prepare the team for the next day by packaging and labeling baked goods, maintaining stock, slicing bread, washing dishes, emptying trash, loading carts and racks with product, and keeping the work environment clean, sanitary, and attractive. Individual hourly rates are based on factors including experience, location, and length of employment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to determine quantity and weight.
- Basic understanding of English, including the ability to communicate and read basic instructions, schedules, and signage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Share product knowledge and promote bakery items while providing world-class service to guests.
- Package and label baked goods.
- Maintain abundant stock levels.
