Bakery Clerk $20-$22.50/hr
About The Position
Nugget Markets is seeking positive team players to join its bakery team. Bakery clerks provide excellent service, help guests select bakery items, and prepare the team for the next day. Individual hourly rates depend on factors including experience, location, and length of employment. The posted pay range is $20–$22.50 per hour. Bakery clerks share product knowledge and promote bakery items while providing world-class service. They also package and label baked goods, maintain stock levels, slice bread, wash dishes, empty trash, load carts and racks with product, and keep the work environment clean, sanitary, and attractive.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to determine quantity and weight.
- Basic understanding of English, including the ability to communicate and read basic instructions, schedules, and signage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- A positive attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in bakery production is preferred.
