Production Bulk Folder Operator
About The Position
Performs work as part of a team in an industrial laundry facility, safely, quickly, and accurately handling merchandise into and/or out of the facility. The position folds and sorts laundry items, verifies quantities and bundles, and maintains a safe and clean production environment. Work is performed in a warehouse setting and regularly involves exposure to outside weather conditions, extreme heat and cold, dust, and noise. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; work may include weekends, and overtime may be required as needed. The role involves repetitive motions throughout an entire shift, bending, reaching, pulling, twisting, lifting, grasping, standing, and walking for long periods. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. High school degree or equivalent is preferred.
Requirements
- Ability to understand required training and written and verbal instructions.
- Working knowledge of basic math skills.
- Good verbal and/or written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to meet the attendance schedule.

Responsibilities
- Stage carts in lift tables, secure safety chains, and raise the tables.
- Fold linen, aprons, towels, table napkins, and/or fender or seat covers.
- Identify and segregate merchandise that does not meet quality standards due to rips, tears, holes, or stains.
- Verify merchandise quantities and bundle items by type; place bundles in the correct storage bins, carts, or on shelves.
- Maneuver full and empty baskets.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment and observe best practices in production activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
