Production Bulk Folder Operator
About The Position
Performs work as part of a team in an industrial laundry facility. Responsible for the safe, expeditious, and accurate handling of merchandise into and/or out of the laundry facility. The position involves repetitive motions throughout the shift, including bending, reaching, pulling, twisting, and lifting. It requires using hands for grasping and other manipulations, and standing and walking for long periods. Work takes place in a warehouse setting, with regular exposure to outside weather conditions, extreme heat and cold, dust, and noise. The shift is Monday through Friday, 6:30 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.; work may include weekends, and overtime is required as needed. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. The estimated pay range is $14.00–$21.00, depending on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications. Actual compensation may vary. Employees may also be eligible for bonuses and incentives. A high school degree or equivalent is preferred.
Requirements
- Ability to understand required training and written and verbal instructions.
- Working knowledge of basic math skills.
- Good verbal and/or written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to meet the attendance schedule.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions throughout a shift, including bending, reaching, pulling, twisting, and lifting; use hands for grasping and other manipulations; and stand and walk for long periods.

Responsibilities
- Stage carts in lift tables, secure safety chains, and raise the tables.
- Fold linen, aprons, towels, table napkins, and/or fender or seat covers.
- Identify and segregate merchandise that does not meet quality standards, including merchandise with rips, tears, holes, or stains.
- Verify merchandise quantities and bundle items by type.
- Place bundles in the correct storage bins, carts, or on shelves.
- Maneuver full and empty baskets.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment and observe best practices in production activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
