Production Bulk Folder Operator
About The Position
The Production Bulk Folder Operator works as part of a team in an industrial laundry facility, handling merchandise safely, expeditiously, and accurately as it moves into and/or out of the facility. The role folds and sorts linen and other merchandise, verifies quantities, and places bundled items in designated storage areas. The position is based at MC#650 in Riverside, California, and has a Monday–Friday shift from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Work takes place in a warehouse environment with exposure to outdoor weather, extreme heat and cold, dust, and noise. Work may include weekends, and overtime is required as needed. The role involves repetitive motions throughout the shift, bending, reaching, pulling, twisting, lifting, grasping, standing, and walking for long periods. Requirements
- Ability to understand required training and written and verbal instructions.
- Working knowledge of basic math skills.
- Good verbal and/or written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to meet the attendance schedule.

Responsibilities
- Stage carts in lift tables, secure safety chains, and raise tables.
- Fold linen, aprons, towels, table napkins, and/or fender or seat covers.
- Identify and segregate merchandise that does not meet specified quality standards, including items with rips, tears, holes, or stains.
- Accurately verify merchandise quantities and bundle items by type.
- Place bundles in the correct storage bins, carts, or on shelves.
- Maneuver full and empty baskets.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment and observe best practices in production activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
