Production Bulk Fold Operator
About The Position
The Production Bulk Fold Operator works as part of a team in an industrial laundry facility and safely, quickly, and accurately handles merchandise into and/or out of the facility. The role includes folding and sorting laundry items, verifying quantities, and placing merchandise in appropriate storage locations. Work takes place in a warehouse setting, with exposure to weather conditions, extreme heat and cold, dust, and noise. The position follows a shift schedule that may include weekends, and overtime may be required as needed. The role involves repetitive motions throughout the shift, bending, reaching, pulling, twisting, lifting, grasping, standing, and walking for extended periods. Requirements
- Ability to understand required training and written and verbal instructions.
- Working knowledge of basic math skills.
- Good verbal and/or written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to meet the attendance schedule.

- High school degree or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Stage carts in the lift table, secure the safety chain, and raise the table.
- Fold linen, aprons, towels, table napkins, and/or fender or seat covers.
- Identify and segregate merchandise that does not meet quality standards, including items with rips, tears, holes, or stains.
- Accurately verify merchandise quantities and bundle items by type.
- Place bundles in the correct storage bins, carts, or on shelves.
- Maneuver full and empty baskets.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment and observe best practices in production activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
