About The Position

Performs work as part of a team in an industrial laundry facility. Responsible for safely, expeditiously, and accurately handling merchandise into and/or out of the laundry facility. The position is based at MC#533 in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, and works 1:30 p.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Friday. Pay is $17.63 per hour.

Requirements

• Ability to understand required training and written and verbal instructions.
• Working knowledge of basic math skills.
• Good verbal and/or written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to meet the attendance schedule.

Nice To Haves

• High school degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stage carts in lift tables, secure safety chains, and raise tables.
• Fold linen, aprons, towels, table napkins, and/or fender or seat covers.
• Identify and segregate merchandise that does not meet quality standards due to rips, tears, holes, or stains.
• Verify merchandise quantities and bundle merchandise by type.
• Place bundles in the correct storage bins, carts, or on shelves.
• Maneuver full and empty baskets.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment and observe best practices in production activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
