As we continue to grow, we are looking to bring on an Production Associate. The ideal candidate needs to be comfortable with labor intensive work, listening and executing production processes with speed and accuracy, and be a dependable teammate. This role is responsible for supporting the creation and finishing of Mancino products. Depending on assignment and training, this role may prepare and assemble materials, fill products with foam, cover, finish wall pads, or other related production processes. Will follow work instructions, check quality, and maintain safe, organized production flow. Support the broader Production team, as needed.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Experience in construction, manual labor, production, or other related environments
Experience that demonstrates the ability to perform accurate hands-on production work
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively on a team
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and learn assigned production tasks
Ability to prepare, handle, and finish materials and products accurately
Ability to closely inspect work for quality and proactively communicate defects or discrepancies
Ability to maintain an attention-to-detail and a sense of urgency while meeting production priorities
Ability to work safely and keep tools, materials, and work areas organized
Dependable and consistent
Willingness to support different production assignments, as needed

Nice To Haves

6+ months of manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, upholstery, product finishing, material handling, or related hands-on work experience
Experience with foam, vinyl, fabric, wood, mats, wall pads, or custom products
Familiarity with measuring tools, hand tools, power tools, drawings, or cut sheets

Responsibilities

Complete assigned production work, which may include preparing and assembling materials; gluing, trimming, basic cutting or drilling; filling covers with foam; or aligning, securing, and finishing wall pad covers.
Review work orders, drawings, cut sheets, and instructions; verify materials, measurements, colors, and other product details before and during production.
Inspect work for fit, alignment, appearance, completeness, and accuracy; report defects, missing materials, and discrepancies to the appropriate lead or supervisor.
Prepare, move, organize, and stage materials and completed products to support production flow.
Maintain a clean and safe work area; follow company safety procedures, equipment guidelines, and required personal protective equipment practices.
Perform other duties, as assigned.
