Production Associate
About The Position
Hanline Foods is seeking a Production Associate to handle the day-to-day operation of food processing. The role involves processing products at various production stages, operating cooking, drying, and packaging equipment, adding ingredients, running programs, and monitoring processes. The position is based in a factory/warehouse setting in Shelby, Ohio, with a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment. Associates are expected to attend every scheduled shift, arrive on time, and remain for the full shift. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., with Saturdays as needed. Compensation is $15 per hour, with overtime paid at time and a half.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to stand for at least 8 hours per day.
- Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
- Ability to work weekends when needed.
Responsibilities
- Process products at different stages of production.
- Operate cooking equipment and processes, including adding ingredients and running the program.
- Operate and monitor the drying process and equipment.
- Operate and monitor the packaging process and equipment.
- Report damaged equipment.
- Clean the facility and equipment as needed.
- Attend all scheduled shifts, arrive on time, and stay for the entire shift.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
