About The Position

Re:Build Tekna is seeking a detail-oriented, dependable Production Associate to join its assembly team. The role involves assembling complex components and systems according to precise specifications, drawings, written work instructions, and quality standards. Production Associates work collaboratively to meet production goals and take ownership of ensuring finished products meet requirements for quality and performance. Strong attendance and punctuality are essential.

The primary schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Overtime may be scheduled on Fridays as needed to support production demands. The position requires standing for up to 10 hours per day and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds. Wages start at $19.00 per hour. Employees are eligible to participate in the benefits package on the first of the month following their hire date. Full-time employees receive company-paid vacation time, sick time, and holidays.

Requirements

• Strong attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities
