About The Position

The Production Associate assembles Marvin windows and doors in a clean, brightly lit, climate-controlled facility. The role is physical and involves moving throughout the day. Associates receive training in every aspect of the role and may cross-train in multiple departments. Schedules offered are Monday through Thursday on day shift (5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.) or evening shift (3:30 p.m.–2:00 a.m.), or Friday through Sunday on weekend shift (5:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.). All shifts require mandatory overtime. Hourly pay is $18.50 for day shift, $21.50 for evening shift, and $22.50 for weekend shift.

Requirements

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform physical work and move throughout the day.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English orally and in writing.
• Ability to read visual and written instructions on a computer screen.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, which may include drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw.
• Communicate in English orally and in writing to perform job functions and work with the team.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver them to production lines.
• Work with a supervisor to troubleshoot mechanical or material issues.
• Cross-train in multiple departments.
