About The Position

The Production Associate performs duties according to Easterseals-Goodwill’s established Best Practices and meets daily production goals. The role supports donation processing and retail merchandise preparation, stocking, and sales-floor maintenance. The associate also greets and assists guests and donors and may help accept donations at the donation door as assigned. This position requires cross-training and assistance across all aspects of production, as directed. Applicants must be able to perform the job’s physical and mental requirements, with reasonable accommodation where applicable. All positions require completion of a background check; criminal convictions do not automatically bar employment.

Requirements

• Ability to work with people having different abilities.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks independently.
• Ability to perform the physical and mental requirements of the job.
• Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and carry for the entire shift, excluding break times.
• Ability to use hands for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Completion of a background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties according to established Best Practices.
