The ideal candidate should have previous production experience, strong mechanical skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be extremely detail oriented and produce top quality products.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
3 years production assembly or mechanical repair experience
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Able to pass pre-employment background screen

Responsibilities

Build top quality products based on detailed work instructions
Work efficiently to complete assembly requirements in a timely manner
Cross train in other areas as directed by Production Manager or delegate
Independent self-starter but also able to work in a team
Properly complete all checklists and any other required documentation for unit builds
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Engineering for custom units
Always maintain a clean and safe work area
Continually look for ways to improve products, reduce waste, and improve quality
