About The Position

This role is responsible for participating in all operational activities related to the assembly of cabinets. Duties include unpackaging, assembly, packaging, and storage of cabinets. The associate will also process paperwork according to guidelines and perform additional duties as assigned by the Production Manager.

Requirements

• Read, Speak and Write English
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to be an OSHA certified powered industrial truck operator
• Attention to detail
• Quality conscious

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of production experience in assembly of cabinets or equivalent
• Mechanically inclined
• Bilingual (English Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Construct and assemble cabinet components according to production schedules.
• Operate and maintain machines and tools used in cabinetry assembly, including staple guns, glue guns, and hand tools.
• Complete all job-related paperwork.
• Maintain a safe working environment by complying with safety and quality policies and procedures.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Comply with all elements of the Core Values and use the Quality System, including ISO procedures, corrective and preventative actions, the customer complaint policy, and best practices for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
