About The Position

This role is for a Production Associate who is a hard worker with a willingness to learn and help others. The ideal candidate is a positive and optimistic team player, eager to take on new challenges and motivated by building a positive culture. The associate must be able to work with minimal supervision in a team-based environment, be proactive towards new ideas and continuous improvements, and be able to organize and adjust to changes during their shift. Meticulousness, a process-driven approach, and exceptional organization with a keen eye for detail are also key attributes.

Requirements

Ability to work with minimal supervision in a team based environment
Proactive to new ideas and promoting continuous improvements
Able to organize and adjust to whatever changes may occur during your shift
Meticulous, process-driven, and uber-organized with a keen eye for detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Working knowledge of production, housekeeping and sanitation
At least 2 years of relevant experience working in production at an industrial plant
