Requirements

Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical work
Reliable transportation is required, as this facility is not accessible by public transportation, walking, or biking
Flexibility to work 2nd or 3rd shift
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, construction, farming, military, or other industrial environments is a plus
Experience operating forklifts, overhead cranes, or other industrial equipment is preferred, but we'll provide training for motivated candidates

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts and overhead cranes
Move, stage, and handle steel safely
Package, band, weigh, and inspect finished products
Load and unload production equipment
Perform quality checks to ensure product excellence
Work safely while meeting production goals

Benefits

Starting at $20.00/hour, with higher starting pay based on manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, or equipment operation experience
$1.50/hour shift differential
