About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Builder/Material Handler to support the Rental Division. This role locates, counts, sorts, prepares, and builds customer orders, then stages, organizes, or loads products into storage bins or containers for placement on a company truck. Production Associates maintain a clean work area and meet or exceed standards for the quantity and quality of work. The position is regular, full-time, and scheduled for the 1st shift.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States, be at least 18 years old, adhere to the attendance policy, and be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment. The work requires standing for most of the shift and repetitive physical activity, including stretching, bending, turning, reaching, lifting, and moving materials. These physical requirements apply with or without reasonable accommodation.

The selection process may include application and resume review, interviews, and a compensated job tryout. Candidates who receive a conditional offer must complete a background check and drug screen. A criminal history does not automatically disqualify a candidate.
