About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Builder/Material Handler to support the Rental Division. The role involves accurately locating, counting, sorting, and preparing or building customer orders, then staging, organizing, or loading products into storage bins or containers for placement on a company truck. Production Associates are expected to keep their work area clean and meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must adhere to the attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
• Requires standing for most of the shift.
• Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to perform work activities.
• Requires physical activity, including lifting and moving materials, for most of the shift.
