About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Builder/Material Handler to support the Rental Division. The role involves accurately locating, counting, sorting, preparing, or building customer orders, then staging, organizing, or loading products into storage bins or containers for placement on a company truck. Production Associates maintain a clean work area and meet or exceed standards for the quantity and quality of work.

The position requires standing for most of the shift and performing repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, and reaching, as well as lifting and moving materials for most of the shift. Work takes place in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures, and employees must be willing to work in safe proximity to others for extended periods.

The selection process may include an application and resume review, interviews, and a compensated job tryout. Candidates who receive a conditional offer must complete a background check and drug screen. A criminal history does not automatically disqualify candidates.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
