About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Builder/Material Handler to support the Rental Division. The role involves accurately locating, counting, sorting, and preparing or building customer orders, then staging, organizing, or loading products into storage bins or containers for placement on a company truck. Production Associates maintain a clean work area and meet or exceed standards for the quantity and quality of their work. The position requires standing for most of the shift and performing repetitive motions and physical tasks, including lifting and moving materials. Work takes place in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment and requires working safely in proximity to other people.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must adhere to the attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
• Must be able to stand for most of the shift.
• Must be able to perform repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, and reaching.
• Must be able to perform physical activity, including lifting and moving materials, for most of the shift; physical qualifications apply with or without reasonable accommodation.
