About The Position

Accredo Packaging is hiring Production Associates to support multiple manufacturing operations at its Sugar Land, Texas facility. The role is suitable for entry-level and experienced manufacturing candidates interested in industrial equipment, flexible packaging, and quality-driven production processes. Associates may be assigned to Press support, Pouching, Wicketing, Slitting, or Packaging based on experience, training, and business needs. The position is a 12-hour night shift with a rotation of 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, and 3 days off. Pay is $15.00–$20.00 per hour depending on assigned role, with an additional $2.00 per hour night shift differential. Medical and retirement benefits are available after 90 days of employment, and training is provided to learn multiple production operations.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
Basic math and mechanical aptitude.
Ability to understand and follow safety rules, work instructions, and production documentation, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to use or be trained on basic computer or production systems.
Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-focused.

Nice To Haves

Manufacturing or production experience; experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Safely operate or assist with manufacturing equipment in accordance with company procedures.
Perform machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.
Load, inspect, package, and move raw materials and finished goods.
Monitor product quality and report nonconforming material or process issues.
Track and document production output, scrap, and downtime.
Apply labels and complete required production documentation.
Maintain clean, orderly, and safe work areas.
Collaborate with operators, packers, and team members to meet production goals.
