Production Associate
About The Position
International Paper is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. This is a full-time hourly position with a starting wage of $21.97, increasing to $23.95-$28.16 after successful completion of training. The role involves various production tasks, including counting and stacking finished product, reading factory orders, operating test equipment, performing basic shop math, inspecting products, and completing quality and administrative documents. The position also includes cleaning functions such as blowing down machines, wiping shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming, sweeping, and managing scrap. Exact shift placement will depend on production needs, with training beginning on the 1st shift (6:00 am-2:00 pm). Employees must be available for all three shifts (2nd shift: 2:00 pm-10:00 pm, 3rd shift: 10:00 pm-6:00 am) and for overtime, including Saturdays, as needed.
