About The Position

Cornerstone Building Brands is hiring a Production Associate for its Tolleson, Arizona site. The role involves manual material handling, packaging and stacking materials, and assisting machine operators. Associates use basic powered hand tools and work safely and collaboratively to meet deadlines. The position is on the second shift, listed as 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with shifts potentially lasting 8, 10, or 12 hours depending on daily work orders and the season. Overtime may be available. The work environment can be hot, and the role requires regularly lifting up to 50 pounds above shoulder height and below the waist.

Requirements

At least one year of related work experience in manufacturing or a comparable work environment.
General mathematical knowledge and proficiency with basic measuring instruments.
Ability to work in a hot environment.
Ability to continually lift up to 50 pounds above shoulder height and below the waist.
Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
