About The Position
The Production Associate operates manual and/or automated equipment to assemble aerosol cans. The role includes operating automated machines according to work orders, troubleshooting minor equipment or product issues, visually inspecting components and finished products for damage and quality, and following safety rules. Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of products and equipment used in manufacturing.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills, with proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma preferred.
Responsibilities
- Operate automated machines as specified on work orders.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve minor issues with equipment, devices, or products.
- Visually check components and completed products for damage and to maintain quality standards.
- Follow all safety rules.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
