About The Position

Seal & Design is a manufacturer and distributor of die-cut gaskets, seals, O-rings, and molded rubber and plastic products. The Production Associate fabricates orders according to job specifications while focusing on process improvement, quality, and meeting or exceeding productivity and efficiency standards. The role provides the opportunity to learn process flow and manufacturing concepts in a live production environment. The position is scheduled Monday through Thursday, 2:15 p.m. to 12:45 a.m., with pay of $22–$27.

Requirements

• Ability to use measurement tools accurately.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting goals.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read, write, and speak in English.

Responsibilities
