Production Associate - 2nd Shift

About The Position

As a Production Associate at GoMacro, you will help deliver high-quality food products in a safe, efficient, and sanitary environment. This hands-on role includes transferring bars to the packaging line and performing quality checks for weight, texture, and visual imperfections. You will follow food safety standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and GoMacro’s Food Safety Plan while helping maintain a clean, safe, allergen-conscious workspace. The role works collaboratively with the production team in a fast-paced environment where quality and safety are priorities. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Travel is not required. The role also provides coverage for other Production Employees and the Production Lead.

Requirements

Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Basic math skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Reliable and detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members throughout the production process to create MacroBars.
Monitor the production line, transfer product to the packaging area, and accurately weigh finished bars.
Operate the packager, tray loader, box erector, and palletizer.
Consistently use personal protective equipment (PPE) to maintain a safe work environment.
Understand equipment operation and apply lockout/tagout procedures when necessary.
Work with the Quality Department to uphold GoMacro’s quality standards.
Follow the allergen control program to prevent cross-contamination.
Perform additional duties as assigned by senior management.
Provide coverage for other Production Employees and the Production Lead.
