About The Position

Production Associates work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Geismar, Louisiana. The role is suited to safety-focused, reliable individuals who can meet production goals in a team-oriented setting. First, second, and third shifts are available.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Dependability and good communication skills.

• Previous manufacturing or production experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Meet daily production standards and maintain efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S standards.
• Monitor product quality and report defects or issues.
• Communicate with the Production Lead or Supervisor when stepping away from the line.
• Report production waste or concerns to leadership.
• Support overall production operations as directed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
