About The Position

Latham, The Pool Company is seeking skilled individuals with a strong work ethic and excellent work history to support the ongoing growth of its swimming pool production operations. Production Associates train with experienced leaders across production areas and work as part of a team manufacturing pool components while maintaining a safe working environment. The role is based in Latham, New York, and is regular, full-time employment.

The schedule is Monday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Tuesday and Wednesday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., and Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; Fridays are off. Starting pay is $22.77–$24.34, varying according to factors including location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience.

Requirements

• Ability to work on a team and independently, and to work with your hands.
• Ability to learn to operate machines and use hand tools as necessary.
• Ability to perform bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, standing, climbing above floor level, reaching overhead, and lifting overhead during 8–12-hour shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
