Production Associate - Utility IV - 2nd Shift
About The Position
Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Utility IV to support the Rental Division. The position performs a variety of production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor. Tasks may include loading or unloading trucks, preparing or staging material and garments for loading, and performing other production jobs classified at level four or below. Work areas and responsibilities may change daily as the associate fills in for employee vacations and absences. Production Associates are expected to maintain a clean work area and meet or exceed standards for work quantity and quality. The role requires standing for most of a shift, repetitive motions and movements such as stretching, bending, turning, or reaching, and physical activity including lifting and moving materials for most of a shift. Associates must be prepared to work safely in close proximity to others for extended periods, in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment, and may handle soiled materials with pungent odors while using appropriate protective equipment. The position is regular, full-time, and scheduled for the second shift.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must adhere to the attendance policy.
- Must be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures to complete work quickly.
- Must be willing to potentially handle soiled materials with pungent odors, using appropriate protective equipment.
- Must be able to stand for most of a shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be able to perform repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities
