About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Utility IV to support the Rental Division. The role performs a variety of production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor. Tasks may include loading or unloading trucks, preparing or staging materials and garments for loading, and performing other production jobs classified at level four or below as needed. Work areas and responsibilities may change daily as the associate fills in for employees on vacation or absent. Production Associates are expected to keep their work area clean and meet or exceed quantity and quality standards.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Adhere to the attendance policy.
• Be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
• Be willing to potentially handle soiled materials with pungent odors while using appropriate protective equipment.
• Be able to stand for most of a shift.
• Be able to perform repetitive motions and stretch, bend, turn, or reach to accomplish work activities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to perform physical activity, including lifting and moving materials, for most of a shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Perform production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor.
• Load or unload trucks as needed.
• Prepare or stage materials and garments for loading.
• Perform other production jobs classified at level four or below to support the business.
• Fill in for employees on vacation or absent, potentially changing work areas and responsibilities daily.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work.
