About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Utility IV to support the Rental Division. The role performs a variety of production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor. Tasks may include loading or unloading trucks, preparing or staging materials and garments for loading, and performing other production jobs classified at level four or below to support business needs. The work area and responsibilities may change daily because the associate fills in for employee vacations and absences. Production Associates are expected to maintain a clean work area and meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work.

The position requires authorization to work in the United States and a minimum age of 18. Employees must follow the attendance policy and be willing to work near others for extended periods in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment. The work may involve handling soiled materials with pungent odors while using appropriate protective equipment.

The job requires standing for most of a shift, repetitive motions and movements such as stretching, bending, turning, or reaching, and physical activity including lifting and moving materials for most of a shift. Candidates may participate in an application and resume review, interviews, and a compensated job tryout. Conditional offers are subject to a background check and drug screen.
