About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Utility IV to support the Rental Division. The role performs a variety of production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor. Duties may include loading or unloading trucks, preparing or staging materials and garments for loading, and performing other production jobs classified at level four or below as needed to support the business. Work areas and responsibilities may change daily as the associate fills in for employee vacations and absences. Production Associates are expected to keep their work areas clean and meet or exceed standards for work quantity and quality.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must adhere to the attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures to complete work quickly.
• Must be willing to potentially handle soiled materials with pungent odors while using appropriate protective equipment.
• Must be able to stand for most of a shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to perform repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to perform physical activity, including lifting and moving materials, for most of a shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Perform production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor.
• Load or unload trucks as needed.
• Prepare or stage materials and garments for loading.
• Perform other production jobs classified at level four or below to support the business.
• Fill in for employees during vacations and absences, with work area and responsibilities potentially changing daily.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Meet or exceed standards for work quantity and quality.
