About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Utility IV to support its Rental Division. The position performs a variety of production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor. Tasks may include loading or unloading trucks, preparing or staging material and garments for loading, and performing other production jobs classified at level four or below as needed to support the business. Work areas and responsibilities may change daily as the associate fills in for employees on vacation or absence. Associates are expected to keep their work area clean and meet or exceed quantity and quality standards.

The role requires standing for most of a shift and performing repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, reaching, lifting, and moving materials for most of the shift. Employees must be willing to work safely in close proximity to others for extended periods, in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressure, and may handle soiled materials with pungent odors while using appropriate protective equipment.

The selection process may include an application and resume review, interviews, and a compensated job tryout. Candidates receiving a conditional offer must complete a background check and drug screen. A criminal history does not automatically disqualify candidates.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must adhere to the attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
• Must be willing to potentially handle soiled materials with pungent odors, using appropriate protective equipment.
• Must be able to stand for most of a shift.
• Must be able to perform repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, and reaching.
• Must be able to perform physical activity, including lifting and moving materials, for most of a shift.

Responsibilities
