About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Utility IV to support the Rental Division. The role performs a variety of production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor. Tasks may include loading or unloading trucks, preparing or staging materials and garments for loading, and completing other production jobs classified at level four or below as needed. Work areas and responsibilities may change daily as the associate fills in for employee vacations and absences. Production Associates are expected to maintain a clean work area and meet or exceed quantity and quality standards.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must adhere to the attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures to complete work quickly.
• Must be willing to potentially handle soiled materials with pungent odors while using appropriate protective equipment.
• Must be able to stand for most of a shift.
• Must be able to perform repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities.
• Must be able to perform physical activity, including lifting and moving materials, for most of a shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor.
• Load or unload trucks as needed.
• Prepare or stage materials and garments for loading.
• Perform other production jobs classified at level four or below to support the business.
• Fill in for employee vacations and absences, including working in different areas and on changing responsibilities.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area.
• Meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work.
