About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Utility IV to support the Rental Division. The role performs a variety of production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor. Duties may include loading or unloading trucks, preparing or staging material and garments for loading, and completing other production jobs classified at level four or below as needed. Work areas and responsibilities may change daily because the associate fills in for employee vacations and absences. Associates are expected to keep their work area clean and meet or exceed quantity and quality standards.

The position requires following attendance and safety policies and working in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment. The associate may work in close proximity to others for extended periods and may handle soiled materials with pungent odors while using appropriate protective equipment. Physical work includes standing for most of a shift, repetitive movement and reaching, and lifting or moving materials for most of a shift.

The selection process may include an application and resume review, interviews, and a compensated job tryout. Candidates receiving a conditional offer must complete a background check and drug screen. A criminal history does not automatically disqualify a candidate.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
