About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Utility III to support the Rental Division. The associate performs a variety of production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor, including hanging or sorting garments, bagging or folding products, rolling mats, cleaning the work area, and other production jobs classified at level three or below. Work areas and responsibilities may change daily as the associate fills in for employee vacations and absences. Production Associates are expected to keep their work area clean and meet or exceed standards for work quantity and quality.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must adhere to the attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures to complete work quickly.
• Must be able to stand for most of a shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Perform production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor, such as hanging or sorting garments, bagging or folding products, rolling mats, and cleaning the work area.
• Perform other production jobs classified at level three or below to support the business.
• Fill in for other employees’ vacations and absences, adapting to changes in work area and responsibilities.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work.
• Follow attendance policies and safety rules and guidelines.
