About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Utility III to support the Rental Division by performing a variety of production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor. Tasks may include hanging or sorting garments, bagging or folding product, rolling mats, cleaning the work area, and performing other production jobs classified at level three or below. The work area and responsibilities may change daily because this position fills in for employee vacations and absences. Production Associates are expected to maintain a clean work area and meet or exceed standards for the quantity and quality of work.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must adhere to the attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures to complete work quickly.
• Must be able to stand for most of a shift, perform repetitive motions and stretch, bend, turn, or reach, and engage in physical activity including lifting and moving materials for most of a shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Demonstrates work ethic and effort, interpersonal skills, teamwork and collaboration, commitment to safety, adaptability, integrity and honesty, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor.
• Hang or sort garments, bag or fold product, and roll mats as needed.
• Clean the work area.
• Fill in for employees on vacation or absent, with work areas and responsibilities potentially changing daily.
• Maintain work-area cleanliness and meet or exceed quantity and quality standards.
