About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Utility III to support the Rental Division. The position performs a variety of production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor. Tasks may include hanging or sorting garments, bagging or folding product, rolling mats, cleaning the work area, and performing other production jobs classified at level three or below as needed. The work area and responsibilities may change daily because the role fills in for employee vacations and absences. Production Associates are expected to keep their work areas clean and meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work.

The position requires standing for most of a shift, repetitive motions and movements such as stretching, bending, turning, or reaching, and physical activity including lifting and moving materials for most of a shift. Employees must be able to work safely in close proximity to others for extended periods and in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor, including work classified at level three or below.
• Hang or sort garments, bag or fold product, roll mats, clean the work area, and perform other production tasks as needed.
• Fill in for other employees during vacations and absences, with work areas and responsibilities potentially changing daily.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area.
• Meet or exceed standards for the quantity and quality of work.
