About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Utility III to support the Rental Division. The position performs a variety of production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor. Tasks may include hanging or sorting garments, bagging or folding products, rolling mats, cleaning the work area, and performing other production jobs classified at level three or below as needed. Work areas and responsibilities may change daily because the associate fills in for employee vacations and absences. Production Associates are expected to keep their work area clean and meet or exceed standards for work quantity and quality.

The position requires following attendance policies and working safely near other people for extended periods. Associates must be able to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures. The role requires standing for most of a shift, repetitive movements and reaching, and physical activity such as lifting and moving materials for most of a shift.

The selection process may include an application and resume review, interviews, and a compensated job tryout. Candidates who receive a conditional job offer must complete a background check and drug screen. A criminal history does not automatically disqualify candidates.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor, including work classified at level three or below.
• Hang or sort garments, bag or fold products, roll mats, clean the work area, and perform other production tasks as needed.
• Fill in for other employees during vacations and absences, adapting to daily changes in work area and responsibilities.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work.
• Follow attendance policies and safety rules and guidelines.
