About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Mat Roller to support the Rental Division. The role involves evaluating the quality of cleaned customer floor mats, safely placing them into a rolling machine for processing, keeping the work area clean, and sorting and placing rolled mats in staging locations for customer delivery. Production Associates are expected to meet or exceed standards for the quantity and quality of their work. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and be at least 18 years old. Employees must follow the attendance policy, work safely in proximity to others for extended periods, and be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures. The job requires standing for most of the shift, repetitive movement and reaching, and physical activity including lifting and moving materials for most of the shift. The selection process may include an application and resume review, interviews, and a compensated job tryout. Candidates receiving a conditional offer must complete a background check and drug screen. A criminal history does not automatically disqualify a candidate. This is a temporary, full-time position on the first shift.

Requirements
