About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Mat Roller to support the Rental Division. The Mat Roller evaluates the quality of cleaned customer floor mats, safely feeds them into a rolling machine, maintains a clean work area, and sorts and places rolled mats in staging locations for customer delivery.

This position uses performance-based incentive pay. The employee is expected to meet or exceed a production standard for rolling mats, with additional compensation tied to exceeding that standard. The role is fast-paced and schedule-driven, and requires working safely near other people for extended periods.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the quality of cleaned customer floor mats.
• Safely place mats into a rolling machine for processing.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area.
• Sort rolled mats and place them in staging locations for customer delivery.
• Meet or exceed established production standards for rolling mats.
• Follow attendance policies and safety rules.
