About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Mat Roller to support the Rental Division. The Mat Roller evaluates the quality of cleaned customer floor mats, safely places mats into a rolling machine for processing, and maintains a clean work area. The employee sorts rolled mats and places them in staging locations for customer delivery. Compensation includes performance-based incentives: the employee must meet or exceed a production standard for rolling mats, with additional hourly pay tied to exceeding established standards. The role is regular, full-time, and scheduled for second shift.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the quality of cleaned customer floor mats.
