About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate to support the Rental Division as a Mat Roller. The Mat Roller evaluates the quality of cleaned customer floor mats, safely feeds them into a rolling machine, maintains a clean work area, and sorts and places rolled mats in staging locations for customer delivery. The role uses performance-based incentive pay: employees must meet or exceed a production standard for rolling mats, with additional hourly compensation tied to exceeding that standard. The posting states that employees can earn up to an additional $3.00 per hour through individual productivity and performance. This is a regular, full-time, second-shift position. Employees must be authorized to work in the United States, be at least 18 years old, adhere to the attendance policy, work safely near others for extended periods, and perform in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment. The position requires standing for most of the shift, repetitive movements and reaching, and physical activity including lifting and moving materials for most of the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation. The selection process may include an application and resume review, interviews, and a compensated job tryout. Candidates who receive a conditional offer are required to complete a background check and drug screen. A criminal history does not automatically disqualify candidates.
