About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Mat Roller to support the Rental Division. The Mat Roller evaluates the quality of cleaned customer floor mats, safely feeds them into a rolling machine, maintains a clean work area, and sorts and places rolled mats in staging locations for customer delivery. The role uses performance-based incentive pay: employees must meet or exceed a production standard, and additional compensation is tied to exceeding that standard.

This is a temporary, full-time position on the second shift. Candidates who receive a conditional offer must complete a background check and drug screen. The selection process may include an application and resume review, interviews, and a compensated job tryout.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must adhere to the attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
• Must be able to stand for most of the shift.
• Must be able to perform repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
• Must be able to perform physical activity, including lifting and moving materials, for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the quality of cleaned customer floor mats.
• Safely place mats into a rolling machine for processing.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area.
• Sort rolled mats and place them in staging locations for customer delivery.
• Meet or exceed established production standards for rolling mats.
