Production Associate - Mat Roller - 2nd Shift
About The Position
Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Mat Roller to support the Rental Division. The Mat Roller evaluates the quality of cleaned customer floor mats, safely places them into a rolling machine for processing, and maintains a clean work area. The Mat Roller sorts and places rolled mats in staging locations for customer delivery. The position uses performance-based incentive pay. Employees must meet or exceed a production standard for rolling mats, with additional compensation tied to exceeding that standard. The base salary estimate is $15.75–$18.38 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $3.00 per hour through individual productivity and performance. The role requires standing for most of the shift and performing repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, reaching, lifting, and moving materials for most of the shift. Employees must follow attendance and safety policies and be willing to work near others for extended periods in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
- Must be at least 18 years old.

- Must be able to stand for most of the shift.
