About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Mat Roller to support the Rental Division. This role evaluates the quality of cleaned customer floor mats, safely places mats into a rolling machine for processing, and maintains a clean work area. The Mat Roller sorts the rolled mats and places them in staging locations for customer delivery. Production Associates are expected to meet or exceed standards for the quantity and quality of their work.

The position requires adherence to attendance and safety policies, working safely near others for extended periods, and performing in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures. Physical requirements include standing for most of the shift, repetitive motions and reaching or bending, and lifting and moving materials for most of the shift. Reasonable accommodations may apply.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
