Production Associate - Mat Roller - 3rd Shift
About The Position
Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Mat Roller to support the Rental Division. The Mat Roller evaluates the quality of cleaned customer floor mats, safely places them into a rolling machine for processing, maintains a clean work area, and sorts and stages rolled mats for customer delivery. This position uses performance-based incentive pay: employees must meet or exceed a production standard for rolling mats, with additional compensation tied to exceeding the standard. The posting lists a base pay range of $16.90–$18.38 per hour and the opportunity to earn up to an additional $3.00 per hour through productivity and performance. The role requires standing for most of the shift and repetitive physical activity, including stretching, bending, turning, reaching, lifting, and moving materials. Employees must follow attendance and safety expectations and be able to work near others for extended periods in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment. The position is full-time on the 3rd shift.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.

- Must be able to stand for most of the shift.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate the quality of cleaned customer floor mats.
- Safely place mats into a rolling machine for processing.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the work area.
- Sort and place rolled mats in staging locations for customer delivery.
- Meet or exceed established production standards for rolling mats.
