About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate I to perform multiple positions in the production plant and general duties throughout the facility as needed, including break, vacation, and absence coverage. The associate will also assist with production duties based on work volume. Candidates must be able to competently perform at least three production position functions. These functions are physical and may require standing for an entire shift, as well as repeated bending, lifting, twisting, and stretching. Daily accuracy and productivity are necessary for accountability. The role also includes housekeeping and adherence to health and safety standards.

Requirements

• Ability to competently perform at least three production position functions.
• Ability to stand for 7 hours of an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to perform physical work that may involve repeated bending, lifting, twisting, and stretching.

Responsibilities
